2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address (for authentication)
• Display name (optional, set by you)
• Encrypted financial transactions (amounts, titles, categories — all AES-256 encrypted)
• Encrypted investment and portfolio data
• Encrypted loan, goal, and donation records
• Country and currency preference
• Monthly spending limit preference

We do NOT collect:

• Bank account numbers or credentials
• Government IDs or tax information
• Precise location data
• Device contacts
• Biometric data (Face ID / fingerprint are processed locally by your device only)

3. How Your Data is Protected

All financial data in Wealthlyze is protected with military-grade AES-256 encryption. Your encryption key is derived from your unique Firebase User ID (UID) combined with a system salt using SHA-256 hashing. This means your data is encrypted before it leaves your device, and even Wealthlyze's developers cannot read your financial information.

4. Third-Party Services

Wealthlyze uses Google Firebase for secure cloud infrastructure and authentication, and Expo for framework stability. These services automatically process operational device identifiers (such as Google Advertising IDs, core device parameters, and Firebase Installation IDs) to facilitate essential app functionality, manage push notifications, and monitor system crash analytics. We also utilize the Open Exchange Rates API for dynamic currency conversion tracking; no personal or identifiable transactional data is transmitted to this external service.

5. Your Rights

• Right to Access: Export all your records via Profile → Export Data (CSV) at any time.
• Right to Deletion: Permanently erase your footprint via Profile → Delete Account.
• Right to Correction: Instantly update your user profile metadata within the platform interface.
• Right to Portability: Your exported files are structured cleanly for easy transfer.

6. Data Retention

Your user profile and structural logs are retained as long as your account remains active. When you execute an account deletion request, your operational data is immediately purged from active production nodes. Residual cloud database metadata shards and automated backups are completely and irreversibly removed from live and backup servers within 180 days, ensuring full compliance with global data infrastructure protection timelines.

7. Children's Privacy

Wealthlyze is an adult financial utility and is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly compile records from children. If you believe a minor has initiated an account, contact us immediately at rizvithedev.apps@gmail.com.

8. Changes to This Policy
